These terms govern your use of aivoicehost.com and the AiVoiceHost service. By using our website or signing up for the service, you agree to them.
What the service is
AiVoiceHost gives your business a front desk that never closes. Depending on your plan, that includes:
- Answering every inquiry, 24/7 — so a missed call becomes a captured lead instead of a customer someone else answered.
- Instant text-back for calls you can't take, so the customer hears from you before they call the next business on the list.
- Booking and follow-up — qualifying the inquiry, scheduling the job, and keeping the customer informed.
- Your own branded assistant — a voice and, on higher plans, a visual presence built for your business.
Plans and pricing
AiVoiceHost is offered in three plans. Current pricing, monthly usage allowances, and overage rates are listed on our pricing page, which forms part of these terms. Usage beyond your plan's included allowance is billed at the overage rates shown there.
You own your assets
You own your assets. Your voice clone, your avatar likeness, your phone number, and your call and customer data belong to you — and if you ever leave, we export all of it and hand it over. No lock-in, ever.
Cancellation
- You can cancel at any time. There is no long-term contract.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period; you won't be charged again after that.
- On cancellation, we export your assets and data (per the ownership promise above) and hand them over to you.
Acceptable use
You agree to use the service only for lawful business purposes, and to make sure the communications sent on your behalf comply with the laws that apply to your business — including telemarketing and text-messaging consent rules for your own customers.
Disclaimer of warranties
The service is provided "as is" and "as available." We work hard to keep it answering around the clock, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular business outcome (bookings, revenue, call volume) will be achieved.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AiVoiceHost's total liability for any claim arising out of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three (3) months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or lost business opportunities.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the effective date above and, for active customers, give notice by email before the changes take effect.
