How much does an AI receptionist cost?
AiVoiceHost has three plans: Starter at $147/month plus a $297 one-time setup (instant text-back on missed calls), Silver at $297/month with 500 voice minutes included ($0.50/min after), and Gold at $497/month with 750 voice minutes and 10 minutes of avatar video included. No contracts, and the minute allowances are printed on every plan.
Why not just use a $25 AI receptionist app?

What happens if I go over my minutes?
You keep answering calls — nothing shuts off. Extra voice minutes are billed at $0.50 per minute and itemized on your invoice, so the math is always visible. On Gold, extra avatar video is $10 per rendered minute. Your allowance is printed on your plan, not buried in fine print.
Do I own my AI?
Yes. You own your assets: your voice clone, your avatar likeness, your phone number, and your call and customer data belong to you — and if you ever leave, we export all of it and hand it over. No lock-in, ever.
What does the avatar on Gold actually do?
It puts a face on your business: personalized video messages — welcome videos, FAQ answers, video follow-ups — recorded by your digital twin and delivered as ready-to-send clips. Gold includes 10 minutes of rendered video a month.
Will callers know they're talking to an AI?
The receptionist is upfront about what it is, and it's trained on your services, prices, and booking rules — so it answers like your best employee. What your callers notice is that the phone got answered and the job got booked.
Is there a contract?
No. Every plan is month-to-month and you can cancel anytime. When you leave, we export your data and assets and hand them over — that's in our terms.
