What is AiVoiceHost?
AiVoiceHost is a 24/7 AI receptionist for local home-services businesses. It answers your phone live, books appointments, texts back missed calls, and reports to you weekly — built for your business, done for you.
How much does an AI receptionist cost?
AiVoiceHost has two plans today, both with an AI receptionist trained on your business: Silver at $297/month (500 voice minutes included, $0.50/min after) with a custom-branded website, every conversation in one inbox, and text-to-pay invoicing; and Gold at $497/month (750 voice minutes included, $0.50/min after) adding a premium voice you choose, AI text replies, an AI-drafted reply to every review, and smart follow-up. Each has a one-time setup fee ($297 Silver, $497 Gold), deferred until your Free 30-Day Pilot Program ends and charged only if the pilot books a job. Monthly plans are month-to-month, and the voice-minute allowances are printed on every plan.
Why not just use a $25 AI receptionist app?
Those are self-serve software. This is built for you, carrier-registered, built for TCPA compliance, and reports to you weekly — and every plan, starting with Silver, answers your calls live, with text-back built in as the safety net.
What happens if I go over my minutes?
You keep answering calls — nothing shuts off. Extra voice minutes are billed at $0.50 per minute and itemized on your invoice, so the math is always visible. Your allowance is printed on your plan, not buried in fine print.
What happens on day 30?
First booked job or you owe nothing. A booked job is an appointment Ellen books onto your connected calendar during the pilot that you don't mark as test or spam within 48 hours. It'll appear on your connected calendar, and we'll email you when the first one lands. If she books one, you keep her. Around day 23 we email you to add a card. When the pilot ends (never before day 30) we charge your setup fee plus your first month — Silver $594 ($297 setup + $297 first month) or Gold $994 ($497 setup + $497 first month) — and then just the monthly price until you cancel. The setup fee is charged once, ever. If she doesn't book one, nothing is charged — there's no card on file to charge. Every pilot starts with a 10-minute kickoff call, and we only run a few pilots at a time so each one is set up properly. If we're full, we'll give you your start date on the call.
Do I own my AI?
Yes. You own your assets: your phone number, your call recordings and transcripts, and your customer data belong to you — and if you ever leave, we export all of it and hand it over. No lock-in, ever.
What does my receptionist sound like?
On Silver, your receptionist speaks with our standard house voice — the one you hear in the demo. On Gold, you choose your voice: pick from a curated set of premium voices, male or female, warm or authoritative, matched to your brand. We play you the options on your kickoff call.
Will callers know they're talking to an AI?
The receptionist is upfront about what it is, and it's trained on your services, prices, and booking rules — so it answers like your best employee. What your callers notice is that the phone got answered and the job got booked.
Is there a contract?
No. Every plan is month-to-month and you can cancel anytime. When you leave, we export your data and assets and hand them over — that's in our terms.
