How the Free 30-Day Pilot Program works

• Free for 30 days. No card to start, no contract. We set Ellen up on your line and you watch her work.
• Every pilot starts with a 10-minute kickoff call, and we only run a few pilots at a time so each one is set up properly. If we’re full, we’ll give you your start date on the call.
• First booked job or you owe nothing. A booked job is an appointment Ellen books onto your connected calendar during the pilot that you don’t mark as test or spam within 48 hours. It’ll appear on your connected calendar, and we’ll email you when the first one lands.
• If she books one, you keep her. Around day 23 we email you to add a card. When the pilot ends (never before day 30) we charge your setup fee plus your first month — Silver $594 ($297 setup + $297 first month) or Gold $994 ($497 setup + $497 first month) — and then just the monthly price until you cancel. The setup fee is charged once, ever.
• If she doesn’t book one, nothing is charged — there’s no card on file to charge.
• Cancel any time by email — support@aivoicehost.com, or just reply to any email we send you. Cancel before your first charge and you owe nothing. After, it stops the next month’s charge.
• Prefer to prepay? Twelve months for the price of ten, setup included — Silver $2,970, Gold $4,970 — offered when you add your card. It doesn’t auto-renew for another year; it rolls to month-to-month unless you tell us otherwise.
